Observation Period Policy

1. All applicants approved through initial review will enter an observation period.
   
   

2. During the observation period, players will join as regular players only and will not be granted any administrative, moderation, or special permissions.
   
   

3. The server owner reserves the right to determine whether a player may continue to remain on the server based on their behavior during the observation period.
   
   

4. The server owner may remove a player from the server without prior notice if the player includes, but is not limited to, the following behaviors:

   • Violation of server rules

   • Disruption of server order or other players’ gameplay experience

   • Submission of false, misleading, or inappropriate application information

5. Removal during the observation period does not constitute a permanent ban. The server owner reserves the right of final interpretation.
